Executive Coaching for Stretch

I have known Toni for many years, as her financial planner, colleague, and friend. I engaged Toni at the end of 2024 to provide me with executive coaching, as my role shifted more into leadership, and general management. 

Toni spent a lot of time listening to challenges I was experiencing, and how to work through them professionally, and better understand the team I was working with. Additionally, she got me to really focus in on my goals, and proactive steps I needed to take to achieve those goals. 

In the space of a year, I successfully completed my company director's course, undertook AI training, wrote regular articles on my LinkedIn and put my hat in the ring for my first board position. Additionally, I got to a much better place with my team, who are now all really thriving together. I felt listened to and I was held to account.
